Hahaha. Wasn't worth running back and turning on the halos for the pics as the front bar is just plain disgusting. Rear isn't much better with all the soot on it. Could have cleaned it this morning instead of writing up the directions but I put you lot first Rain poured down 15 mins after I arrived at the start point and pulling up to the Midland meet, but it wasn't too bad for the rest of the day. Certainly cleared for the afternoon by the time we were at Scabs. I did feel pretty bummed about all the police attention through Midland though, but the nizzy car needed to be regoed here and go over the pits anyway in a couple weeks, at least now they know the tint wouldn't pass, might save a reinspection fee!Great shots by Annie! Especially like Toms with the sky behind it as I said at the meet point. I did regret not having a clean car but with the weather the way it is and it seeing about ten hours driving a week motivation is low. At least I tried to keep the leaves from staying stuck on, and I wiped off the big black finger smudge in the middle of the bonnet from working on it at Luke's yesterday, hehe. Just gotta sort out this mysterious groan from the right wheel well, it's 100% silent with the front jacked off the ground. Going past Luke's again tomorrow so hopefully we find it's nothing major. Doesn't look like it's the power steering though. Thanks to all who attended for braving the weather, looking forward to it drying up a bit, although we still need the rain so not just yet.
