What are you go with the cats over the superpro? What was Dan's reasoning?

Had a chat with Dan and he told me to have look around AFF and Google images showing that even the solid Super Pro bushes having split in the manuals. He was also explaining to me how his suggested setup centres the diff centre and as a whole protects the CV's etc. The ester compound he uses for his bushes is better for NVH than the poly used in the Super Pro or Nolathane apparently.

Dynamat the gear stick under the boot. It will help absorb the reasonace that enters the cab through it.

As in pull the centre console out and dynamat the floor around it?

I'm not sure If this is common but I have an fg mk2 manual and when ever I reverse it has a clicking/creaking sound from the rear of the car,

2010 XR6T FG Manual 295rwkw @ 180,000klm:  As I take off slowly and only in like the first revolution of the rear wheels I can "feel" a  slight grinding.  Hard to explain as I feel it through my seat more than hear anything however definitely coming from the rear diff / tail shaft drivetrain ?.    It's definitely more pronounced if I take off slowly as cannot detect it under a little more load.

Although my bushes are probably stuffed 160k since ford changed them under warranty 4 years ago was wondering if this too is a symptom of bushes or something more sinister...  In the new year I'll take it down to pit lane however concerned.
