(Hope that they haven't been written off with a front end accident) I guess the other option might be through your local smash repairer. Whether they need to supply vin numbers when ordering parts I don't know but worth looking into.In terms of warranty each Ford dealer have their own philosophy on whether it would be covered or not. For example one Ford dealer in Vic I asked about lowering my car, he said as long as you dont go to stupid on lowering and importantly do both the springs and shocks, not just the springs they would honor any suspension related claims. Whereas another Ford dealer I asked said flat out No.

I sold my V8 box and K&N for $100 so the growler owes me $150 - if my maths is correct, lol. Edited 19/11/11 10:48 AM by Bomber

IMO, if I was going to go to that trouble - trimming bits etc - I'd probably just go a turbo side. Look forward to seeing some pics and info on what's needed to fit it. As mentioned I have the GS315 which has the same intake setup as the GT335 and I have heard about the BPR CAI setup being used and I may look at that option in the future. The next thing I will be looking at is intercooling, that is a critical element I feel with these engines. After owning two turbos, one with a growler and the other with turbo side CAI setup if take turbo side any time, but for factory setup I'd use either a growler of gt intake so to get the highest flow of cool air as possible.Either way you're onto a winner
