The car drives fine from all reports - its a noise issue apparently, which is minor (in reality, not to the owner of course).I am all for Cranny having it fixed (and I would be equally annoyed if it was my car), but not giving the dealer reasonable time to fix will waste his time and energy and come across poorly to authorities. The relevant legislation is very clear on the process that needs to take place before a refund or replacement could (and should) be granted.
