The strange thing is everything still works! A/C works fine, 6 stacks works fine and the radio for that matter but I just cant see anything! Iv pulled the hole icc out to see if there was anything loose and unpluged it, pluged it back in but still got a black screen! As you could imagine it's starting to piss me right off and I dont want to have to change the whole ICC over if everything is working bar a black screen. If the screen is stuffed are the screens changable? can you get just a screen? If anyone has had a simular problem or has changed just the screen any help would be great!cheers! Sounds like the LCD could be stuffed, or maybe even just the connection to it?Have u tried adjusting the dash brightness and see if it makes the screen slightly visible at all? At night time is it completely pitch black or is it backlit but just a blank screen still? Its pitch black all the time (day & night). My mate is an autolec so he gave me a hand to pull the ICC out and check all the plugs etc, but everything looks sweet and theres not burnt smell etc.Im tying to get my hands on just a screen but finding that a little difficult. Called Ford also and there quick and basic response was a hole new ICC.I have heard and read of many ICC stuffing up or people just having the dim function active but none like mine where everything works but just a black screen! If anyone has any suggestions etc it would be appreciated. cheers Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/75596-prem-icc-prob/#findComment-1120189 Share on other sites

My screen went black and I shat a brick. Soon after I couldn't even start the car. Turns out the battery was shot. New battery in and the screen came back.
