Do you like fish cocktails or Russian caviar?......

Personally, I don't mind fish cocktails and I don't really care about caviar....

Just one of the reasons I fitted a set of Pedders coilovers to my car.....probably the best 1200 odd bucks Ive ever spent....and that was all four corners too... :spoton:

With all due respect though, whilst the Koni's are a top shelf item....for an "affordable" XR upgrade, the Pedders setup is hard to go past...

In reality, it all comes down to what your looking for VS how much you want to spend..... :dontknow:

A lot depends on how long you want them to last. How they perform under stress, as in when they get hot.

The Pedders are ok for the $$$. I assume you can rebuild them ????. Just about anything is better than the things they throw on them std.

The rear shock for my bike was $1200. From the US. For the one small damper and spring. It's an Ohlins. And it only has to cope with 200kg of bike and 80kg of me. So I guess you cant expect too much for $1200 all round.

ok cool thanks for the input. Will stick with Koni then, Does $1550 with king springs for all corners fitted sound like a good price?
