Hey,

I have a 03 BA with heavy mods which makes this problem hard to find.I was having issues when gettin up in the revs, power loss and other not real smooth. The turbo was gettin long in the tooth and I wasnt sure about the tune in it as I have been unhappy with my previous tuner. so I thort what the hell get me turbo fixed up and then retune see if the problem persists. bolted the new turbo on gate modded and flapa (actual new read housing) new bearing high flo 66mm trim wheel and .70 comp housing 16psi actuator. and limped down to dynomite performance who adjusted actuator to suite and begun to tune. got stuck on a Cam timming issue where the cams not adjusting their stuck on -10 degs. Dion put known working cam pos sensors the part in the back of the rocker covers in to still not work. I decided to take the car home to echuca as my father works at our local ford dealer to see if we can fix the problem. We put the car on the computer and found the cams do adjust however its very minor and eraticly. I pulled rocker cover off and checked cams where install properly and not damaged. there was a code logged in the computer however this was from havin the exhaust sensor disconnected. The exhaust sensor wire has been damaged in the past but has been repaired properly. We are guessing the computer is not logging any other errors as the PCM is seeing the cams working but there not failing enough to log a code. does anyone have an idea or ever had a problem/herd of any one with a sim problem. I want to try a new computer but its a fair job to do on chance. this sat comming we are taking my car and his car in to compair and maybe try some parts but its going to be a *beep* of a job I think.

Regards

Anthony
