Not directed specifically at young01 'cause he aint the only one that does it. But seriously, if economy is an issue, don't buy one. This is one of the reasons why Ford have to put a safety margin into the factory tune - to cater for :buttonit:

TAB, I don't know any G6E owners admittedly, but from my experience on here that's only a good thing!

Good call Bomber about the fuel.

Hey yeah as I said I don't mind the car having a drink when I feed it, but drinking it all the time is the thing that gets me, on average I get 450km out of a tank, I drive sedately 80% of the time with the family on board, but still enjoy the power of my xr6t so would find it very hard to step into something 'normal' or boring... and the fg be it the f6 or the T just looks like the most logical choice. ticks all the boxes except fuel.

I know power and economy don't go together...

any one else with a bog stocker???

Yeah I will cop that Bomber! Although to be honest I bought the F6 as something fun to drive for work as I'm on the road most of the day, not a show pony or weekend driver. If that was the case I would spend the extra on high octane, engine modding, etc (although I like, and need a bit to often, my factory warranty). That said I have run multiple tanks on 98 and to be honest noticed no real difference (my opinion only, please don't blog about dyno results), and at 14c a litre more I am more than happy to be a tight arse :bum:

Adam :roflmbo:

Did you take two cyclinders off and now runing an inline 4 with T? Only reason you would get those figures. I know of plenty fo guys with all sorts of models of Ts and no one can get near what you claim........

these cars can definitely get those numbers
