Hey all,

Just having an issue on cold startups with my BAII XR6T.

It sits on around 1600 revs slowly dropping untill warm usually after 5mins driving, this seems normal but the issue is it holds revs when driving for those first few minutes, when backing off/before shifting gears it holds revs for about a second, is this normal when cold? asked on AFF but got no reponse.Nnot sure if its a tune issue or not? throttle body is clean and it's got no vac leaks.

Everything is fine once it's warmed up just those first few minutes so wasn't really concerned about it, just one of those annoying things.

Its in the tune, Speak to them and I am sure they will sort it for you. Who is your tuner?

That can easily be tuned out of the car get your tuner to adjust it, mine did the same thing but the tuners I used weren't really interested in fixing it so I did it myself ,annoyed the shiit out of me.

Cheers for the replies, yeah I might get the car retuned in a few months. I've got a x3 sitting around with no tunes in it at the moment, was tuned in vcm so been running the same tune for 2 years now.
