I'll let ya know when beau, hopefully it'll get a little run just before xmas maybe early December all going well. Nothing huge just to see where we're at and at least replicate the times we've already run.

Not that im one for dyno figures these days Jules but it would be good to finally see a 1000 & do it easily but being its more track orientated these days to see consistent 9.2/.4 would be good which shouldn't be too much of a drama with bum in seat time and from there I guess see where we're at and what its gonna take to take that next step. Oh and to just drive the feckin thing lol

We decided to run sensors in every runner on the exh manifold so 6boost have modified it to suite, just another little something to make sure all is well when we do decide to turn it right up.

I would have thought that this would have done a long time ago John, especially with the amount of bills you have spent not to mention its was territory that no one had been to before (or shared)?

We all know that there is uneveness from no.1 to no.6 piston (due to cooling?) which that is why some tuners recommend to tune richer to compensate for this variance so I don't see why your tuner, engine builder or yourself didn't make this decision earlier to use O2 and Temp sensors in each runner?

Just looking for feedback.

Cheers,

Brett

p.s. Not sure how many knock sensors you can put on an engine either...lol

The reason for it before is we didn't have the hardware ie the haltech to run such sensors. They'll be egt sensors in the runners and will have a haltech wideband as well. As for knock sensors ya generally dont run them on built engines due to the normal characteriatics of a built engine bein noisy it would forever be pulling timing and the obvious result of that is no power.

Ive got none to add uunfortunately, the only good news at this point is the engine is sitting close to the car. It's the next cab off the rank as far as reassembly so that's a start
