The big girls in abit of a mess but all in the name of progress. The shifter there hence the strip down so when the box turns up its just a matter of box up & go :)

Sorry cant really comment mate. Id try riphsv he's been running a c4 with good results for a while so probably be better to ask than me

I just used Transmax Z again. If I had my time over I would have gone with a glide over the C4 as I dont know it this will be up to the task anymore.

Currently pushing 475rwkw thru it at 24psi. The box would be lucky to have done 1000ks and already needed to give it a freshen up and it burnt out the clutches

Did ya get a hold of riphsv (Ben) because he's had a good run with his c4. Its made good power & run 10.2 so has been proven. Its not so much the boxes fault but rather the parts used more than likely, anything built the right way can handle it

If its burnt out the clutches its obviously slipping through the gears, valve body issue perhaps?, pressure problem?

My Btr 4 speeds clutches were not far off new when it was inspected after 4 yrs.

Sorry to spam this thread :threadjacked:

That's what they say, is that really in it?

I hope so as it was built by someone whos name I have see on here before.

I was told when it was fixed here in tassie that it was full of good bits.

Just dont know why it would slip unless it wasnt setup correctly. It worked perfect on the dyno with over 50 pulls at 400+rwkw

The first bit of spirited driving on the street it died. Its not like it was loaded up much as it would lose traction coming on boost in every gear.
