Look like a rediculous set of bunny ears.

And they don't rotate with the wheel. So can't use them mid corner.

Probably the most rediculous thing I've seen for a falcon yet.

Like the concept but the execution isn't right.

Yay...someone else started this convo.

I saw the kit on fleabay and laughed at how ugly it was...no offense if the maker is a forum member :/

Seems stupid and wanky...wish the video actually showed operation during driving. I rekon the shifts might be the tiniest bit slower than using manual shift...and realistically how hard is it to just use the manual shift anyways...that's the fun part for me

Lol , this is his explanation.

) Why are the paddles stationary rather than move with the steering wheel? We consider this to be the better option as the paddles are always in the same position no matter what position the steering wheel is in. In a race car with a quick ratio steering rack there is an argument for moving paddles but not when the wheel can turn 900 degrees (2.5 turns). As a test, take off aggressively at a small intersection turning left. If you had to remove your hands from the 10 and 2 o'clock positions then rotating paddles would be impractical. Besides, there are many supercars that have stationary paddles such as the Ferrari 458 & 599....., Lamborghini Merchialago, Pagani Zonda etc.

Why are the paddles mounted toward the top of the steering wheel rather than at the sides? The first reason is that our opinion is that the paddles should be out of the way of the wiper and indicator stalks. When you are wrestling with the steering wheel (for example in an over-steer situation) you want the paddles to be in an area of the wheel that is unobstructed from other items. The second reason is that with your hands in the proper locations (10 & 2 o'clock) this is a very natural position for your fingers to pull the paddles. The third is that when you pull the indicator stalk for temporary high beam and the washer stalk for the wash function the stalks come very close to touching the steering wheel. There is no room for a paddle in between the stalks and the steering wheel. If you wanted to sacrifice the temporary high beam and wash functions you could probably rig up paddles that sit at the sides of the wheel. Our opinion is that this solution would be less functional (paddles crowded by the stalks) than the current solution. Your opinion may be different in which case you certainly can mount your own switches where ever you like. Each switch is simply a momentary normally open switch that closes when you pull the paddles. The switches that come mounted in the switch blocks can be removed and used in your own switching mechanism or you could use your own switches.

God that looks nasty. Why would you mount them in a fixed position? That's going to make it pretty hard to use properly.
