Mine swoosh like crazy in hot weather, most annoying part of my car My handbrake also makes swishing noises I can only hear it near walls. A tiny lift and drop of the lever usually silences it.When my mechanic jacked it up and kicked the wheel you could hear the same sound come out. I havent tried the handbrake might give it a go and see what happens but when the mechanic cleaned the pads and used that shims glue stuff it went away for 2 weeks or so then came straight back. took it to ford 100 times. they said I got bent axels. I have been told to upgrade terrritory brakes,Ahem. Check the clip. Something so stupidly simple that you'll curse yourself for having to put up with the squeaking noises at all.http://www.fordxr6tu...ndbrake-squeak/ Edited 05/02/12 10:06 AM by PhilMeUp
