I`ve seen and heard a few now and without exception they sound great are anything but too loud.

See if you can chase someone up close to you and have a listen.

Fitting one must be a challenge, cuase the expletives run thick and fast when you look under a car fitted with one.

Its big.

They are pretty good value if the price is still the same.

Sorry for my ignorance (im very new to all this), but when you say a split second slow on 1st/2nd, am I understanding it wrong that the car is a split second slower Now on take offs (every time) or just when it worms up ?

Thanks for anyone that can clarify in advance.

Yeah, I'm talking about a little bit of noise on those initial loads in 1st or 2nd off the start - but again, this is barely noticeable, and a criticism not really worth mentioning - but some people want to know these things warts and all before purchasing. It has never bothered me and is even less noticeable when warmer.

The Ford ECU is programmed to remove some spark timing when it is cold to help bring the engine up to operating temp quicker, I think with the nature of an exhaust like this, being so big, the retarded timing can be heard in the engine exhaust note

I think he means its a bit loud for a split second. If anything it will add power to your setup. that's what its mainly for. With forced induction like Turbos, the engine needs to breath, If it doesnt breath it doesnt live, so the more it can breath....get the picture?

Thanks for clarifying it for me mate.

No worries mate.

I was out picking my daughter up from work this arvo, just taking it easy as the car wasn't fully warm. Just sitting on about 1500 revs and mates, seriously, you couldnt tell the difference between my exhaust and stock. Certain revs it is as quiet as. Shame you in Woolongong, id meet up and give you a listen.

Thanks for the offer mate.

Sounds like a good system as you guys are all raving about it.

Ill ring Tunehouse and ask if they also use this system as it would make it much easier to get a tune done at the same time.

From what I have read, my understanding is for my FG xr6t is that a 4 inch dump pipe and a 4 or a 5 inch cat is sufficient. Ive been told by a friend that is all I need.

If it isn't a dumb question, does the Nizpro system come as a full unit or is it possible just to get the dump pipe and cat on its own?

Or would you guys suggest getting the whole system? if its going to make the performance a whole lot better, then I would take that option.

Thnaks in advance.

Steve.

Even with that pic you get no idea how big the thing is. Grab a CD and that's about how big it is. Its massive. And with the twin pips out the back, to the uninitiated, it looks stock, not like these cannons some of the rice burners run.

Mines not that shiny anymore :( Oh well.
