Gee, so sorry for posting some information that might be useful for members of other models. I didn't realise this was now FGFordXR6turbo.com :finger:

No you just posted in an FG thread, your info would be more helpful in a B series thread. Only for the small fact that new members will come here into this thread read your post an go WTF? That doesn't make sense I have an FG!?

That's why it needs to be in a B series thread, don't worry everyone does it.

But anyway back on topic, I really want to try this but is it really worth the bother or should you just save a bit more coin and put a better sub in? So far the stocker handles average trance ok but throw on some good metal kicks and it sounds like your banging two pieces of cardboard together bangcomputer.gif

just get another sub. get one from the US as its cheaper than here and you have heaps of choices.

I have no sub at all atthe moment and it makes 10x more bass than it ever could with the factory sub. The factory door speakers aren't great but sound beter without the sub.

I had mentioned in each of my posts that I was talking about my BF2, but it's your site. If you want a thread on the same topic for every model, hey, that's your call.

Perhaps someone could 'Report' my posts as off-topic and a mod could do some 'moderation' and delete my posts in this thread so as to make it 'less confusing' for people.

Thanks

Hey dillz if you pull the boot lining down it takes about 5 minutes, I think it's worth it, still not aftermarket but better than standard.

Don't stress mate I was just saying..

It's easier to wait for a few people to do it, then merge them altogether as a B series thread rather then one at a time.

HAVE YOU GUYS THAT SAY THE SUBS CRAP ACTAULLY TRIED REVERSING THE WIRES?

I HAVE AND IT IS STILL CRAP!!! ITS A LOW BUDGET 8" IT'S NEVER GOING TO BE ANY GOOD.

compare it to even a cheap aftermarket unit and see the difference.
