Hey mate.. I'd also have to say just get a custom tune for now, as it will improve your performance sh*tloads.. I have half your mods and consistantly make over 180rwkw, its good fun smashing sv6's all night.. 285's on the rear help alot for traction :P

I wouldn't be going to big with the exhaust otherwise you'll lose that precious torque that you need so I'd think the 2.5in single with high flow cat and mufflers would be big enough.

With 4.11 diff I doubt you would need a stall for the street either.

I'd probably go with what others have said and get some grippy tyres (I think your sig reads 20in rims so get ready to pay for them!) And get a custom tune done by whoever is best down your way.

Get the tuner to have the gears change hard and fast all the time to.

The Nitto topic-HERE has them in 20's, I know the NT05's would be grippy enough but not sure on the invo's? I use Federal 595RSR's on my turbo and they will definately be enough grip but not sure if the make them in 20's though.

Is grip really and issue with 180rwkw? I didn't even know they made good tyres in 20's..
