Zf Issues.... Or So I Thought.

So since my recent power upgrade (334rwkw) it was all okay but then I started to have slip between 3-4 shift....

anyway tried everything and in the end thought I was up for a rebuild (sadface). its a zf.

Gave kewish a call and hes like na na it should be fine and then I mentioned that I had 17s on the back and 19s on the front due to a puncture.

He then advised me to put the 19s on the rear again and see how I go (apparently rolling diameter can cause tranny issues)

Put the 19s on today and... NO MORE SLIP!!! WTF.

Just thought id post this up so someone didnt have to look down the scary path of a 4k rebuild. lol

Is this an FG?

FG's don't cope well running different wheel tyre combinations. I've seen one case where every system on the car progressively shut down until it could barely be driven.
