Fibreglass Front Bars

Phat Auto's use to sell what looked like an FPV front bar. But it kept the XR's front lights Sort of a hybrid of the two.. Looked ok.

I personally think its worth getting a 2nd hand genuine FPV bar either GT or F6 for the ba/bf xr's.

As for the Ba/bf to FG front bar, I think would only suit cars in similiar colours to the FG's. e.g octane orange, nitro blue, winter white.

All up fibreglass kits don't do it for me. I had one on my bluebird and it was crap. If you bottom out its all over. Iv'e seen many xr's with the fibreglass kits and they look like crap. All chipped and cracked and are nothing like genuine. Same with bonnets.

ive been looking at fibre sports and Bogan special websites for awhile now, fibre sports being the one ive been more interested in as they have alot of stuff. have anything u can think of just about. they have got an fg f6 front bar with xr lights under construction atm. also have dual exhaust outlet for fg rear bars-looks awesome with the number plate central

Heres my BF F6 glass bar... I bought it off a member already painted and with the spotlight surrounds painted, for a awsome price.. I wouldnt pay full price for one, unless it fit perfectly, mine was a bitch to fit and still doesnt line up etc.. But hey they transform the car, I love it..

looks good. the gaps under the headlights look a bit different each side. that's all I could pick.

how can they be lined up? with the black plastic mounting points on the sides near the guards? or adjusting the headlights? apart from that theres not much adjustment is there?
