yeah too quiet though haha hmmm I see doesnt look I'll be modifying it as tempting as it is then if the turbine and flapper are not seperated in the housing

water/meth is great! picked up 10rwkw up top straight off the bat without tuning, and when tuned had a bit more up top and around 30rwkw more through almost all the entire rev range when boost comes on. good piece of kit

With the flapper, how far does it actually open?

Say 90 degrees? 45?

Reason being, I have a turbo with a larger flapper valve and an Xforce split dump. With the actuator rod disconnected and opening it by hand,

it flapper will foul thedump pipe, but I'm not sure the actuator opens it that far?

Also, where do I get a gasket that includes the middle section to seal between turbine and the gate side?

My turbo's had the middle section welded and machined flat, and split dump had the crappy separator section cut off.
