I'd be checking for a boost leak. Is the car performing as you think it should?Benny

Is the car performing as you think it should?BennyI think it performs well, I've only had it 3 weeks and well it hauls ass IMO, the noise is a hissing noise really and it's really noticeable in the passenger side. My car has got 50,000 kms on it.I felt around all the piping and it felt ok, Do all fg xr6ts have an induction noise that can be heard inside the cabin when accelerating? Thanks again

There is induction noise but hissing within the cabin I would say not really. Is it possible that the previous owner had a boost gauge and has removed it and left the tube disconnected in the cabin? Just a suggestion. I'd try to find this hissing noise in the cabin then if that's where it is loudest.Benny

I've looked at all the joins and seem tight but I'm still thinking there's a tiny crack in a seal. If you were standing in front of the car and lifted up the bonnet, it sounds like it's coming from somewhere around the top right hand corner.
