Do bigger wheels impact on speedometer readings and does it affect cruise control or any other systems? I would investigte before spending the hard earned paticularly on FG MK2 XR6t Utes. They can be a tad sensitive in some areas. Just saying.

Speedo readings come from the rotations of the wheel, so changing the overall diameter will indeed affect speedo.  A new set of tyres compared to when they are bald will also affect accuracy.  If you swap rim size but the tyre you put on is the same diameter as before, then there would be no change.

It pays to check against GPS indicated speeds (plenty of smartphone apps) at 100km/h on nice flat highway to get a feel for it.  You can also use online circumference calculators like www.willtheyfit.com

Keep the front and rear circumference close to each other to avoid funny behaviour from driver aids!  I forget the percentage though.
