Dillz Three pedals are better then two.. Yeah BA's can get there but if your after "strong and reliable" then a BF2 would be a better choice IMO.

I paid 21 grand for my 07 bf mk2 xr6 turbo. With 60 thousand kays, Full leather, Premium sound, 6 speed ZF. And it is in mint condition. There out there mate. You will get 300 rwkw out of a ba turbo but not near as reliable as a bf mk2. I went from the ba none turbo to the bf turbo and I was at times thinking just get a ba turbo but so happy I got the bf. discostig Manual mode ________________________ All day, erryday Donating Members 13,798 Member For: 17y 1m Gender: Male Location: Probably above atmospheric pressure Posted 01/05/11 08:50 AM Share Posted 01/05/11 08:50 AM Manuals lose at LEAST half a second on the strip compared to the ZF. Normal drivers it's probably closer to one second. Mate with a bit more power than me ran 13.0 when I ran my 11.9, think he's since run a 12.9 PB. Same tuner, both street tyres.Manuals are more fun to drive on track/twisties I'm sure, but the auto wins for stop start traffic seems to be the general consensus.Definitely get a BF2. Stronger valve springs, rods, extra exhaust cam phaser or something, think it's got an extra knock sensor as well.My car has F6 intake, K&N panel filter, Nizpro intercooler, full manta exhaust 2x2.5", 42lb Bosch injectors and a better intank pump (Walbro GSS294). All performance parts including fitting, tune and XCAL3 cost $5100 - coulda gotten away without the full exhaust as well and saved a grand probably, just done dump and cat only, but I wanted a sound change and shiny tips Gearbox/drive line are stock. Good value and can carry 5 people in comfort for hundreds of kms. I get about 12L/100km driving it for work, mixed highway/stop start, and giving it WOT a few times a day Perfect car for me! Posted 01/05/11 11:08 AM Share Posted 01/05/11 11:08 AM If you want power down the strip... get a auto... if you want a manual to have fun get a manual. I still have fun with the 6 speed in sports mode. It just doesn't have a clutch. If you want power and times its the auto. I love mine mate. I prefer it over the manual any day :D
