One of the Vic Boys has a 4" on his FG sedan and sounds killer, even when idling sounds nice and deep.

3.5in will flow more than most will ever want, just ask Qik1...

As for the 3.5in sound well mine sounds great in the BA sedan and my mates FG sedan sounds slightly quieter until he is upping the whole 390+rwkw!

Maybe whoever fitted yours Booger screwed you over with the old restricting rear muffler? Even then though the sound is more like it is...restricted, otherwise they are great and are the best value for money you can get.

The build dates on the pipes were 2012 so the mufflers are fine, just prefer the sound of the APS system I had with a little more back pressure and the fitment was a lot better too.

Ive got the xforce ss dump which goes to a redback mild steel twin 2.5 and I really like the sound of that. At idle and cruising its quiet so you dont attract attention but if you boot it it just screams and sounds fantastic. Only problem is everyone has their own opinion on what they like, you will need to hear the different exhausts and decide from what you hear and like IMO.

Cheers Wenier! Thinking of going same setup as you but with 4" mild steel xforce dump, 5" cat into twin 2.5" also in mild steel. I've heard a ute with this exact system and the centre muffler replaced with twin hotdogs sounds mental
