It has come from a really dusty area. But I have been cleaning everything and have found no rust. Just some white spots here and there. Dont know what they are though O.o They seem to clean off easy though. I honestly dont know what eles it could be other then the power steering seeing as though its on that side. that's not all oil. I drained my coolant from the drain plug with the stone guard still on So down the front is just that. If its just the power steering it should be fine. Easy fix.
