to figure out how all the hoses and pipes go lay them on the floor and look at the plazmaman website should have a rough idea how it all goes. as far as getting the cooler in I didn't cut anything except my front bumper to tuck the silicone hoses in nicely to get the end tanks in I just bent what I had to so that the end tanks would clear also moving the raditor back sure did help by losing up the buttom radiator bolts I got a good 4 mm of movement and it makes a huge diffrence in how easy it is to get the intercooler in. also for the blow off valve make sure you cable tie the vacum hose on because I garantee you will blow it off striaght away and wonder why you have no boost all up its a easy fit.

+1 for plazmaman atmosphere bov best pshh then flutter or at low rpm a nice long flutter.

Fitted my 1000hp Territory kit over Chrissy, needed some sheetmetal trimmed but end result was well worth it. Every bit of the kit was top quality, which is what you remember long after you forget the purchase price. Cant recommend the gear highly enough.

I had a nice sequence logged in our digital camera, but some low life smashed his way into the BF wagon and stole the wifes handbag, camera included. I will try to get some other pics but there is so little to see once the bumper fascia is in place. Its a tight fit but if I ever did another installation, it would be heaps easier.. as expected! Hope to have them up this evening for you perusal.
