Holy sh*t. Doesnt look like anything would be reusable mate. Expensive repair I take it.

yeah matty , alot is rooted , .. block , crank, bent valves , rods pisons , and sump has a hole in it .. oh it sucks balls cos we worked so hard in the off season for this first round , mainly to test the new AUTO CUT-OFF throttle that's bulit into the shift knob for Flat changing with the sequential 6 speed that we run ..oh well only did one lap and my bro said it worked soo , all good .

Yep jet ..... its not as bad as the first blow up, which punched holes every where but its still fkd every thing. And good blocks are hard to find. that's us done for the yr. Will not be running the last round. Oh well that's racing.

Seems like you haven't had any luck this year. Have you gotten any closer to working out what the cause is.

Weird that it happened twice. What did you change between the two builds?

Was not a rod bolt this time. Sorry should have cleared it up.

Race one saturday we did a main bearing. My dad took the route then of rebuilding the engine at the track ready for Sunday. New rods, pistons ect. All good did race 2 no probs then went out in the 3rd did 1 lap and bang!!!. Might be a piston or rod problem. One of the probs is the motors worked to the hills of a na sr20. Chit happens I guess doing massive revs for ling times. Ant no drag car.

Senna.

One of those 5-6 stage billet jobbies. Dunno the brand my old man and bro sort that out but its top if the range with a massive nascar oiltank with a in built heater. Its trick as.

I did the same in my mates 180sx when he let me borrow it.

If u dot rack work or drifting you need the greddy over sized sumps with the baffles inside so it dosent starve of oil
