a bit of overboosting as was predicted...

will be getting that sorted asap with wastegate port, larger flapper and new actuator to stop the boost dropping off up the top end.

So these cheap power coolers are more then capable of maxing the stock FG turbo by the looks of it then.

make no mistake. There are better performing coolers, but for a bolt in no trimming replacement that can see the fg turbo maxed then its a winner. looks sexi all polished in there behind the black grills too...

rated to 450kw (flywheel I think) so would be interesting on an F6 or FG with the bigger huffer. A ute on the other forum had very similar specs except process west cooler and made near identical power - actually slighty less (RDP tune, so quality). That comparison is probably the single best indicator I've seen yet that this cooler works not only well for a straight bolt in, but actually held its own against one of the benchmarks. For the money, unless you're doing the big turbo perhaps, I don't see the point in cutting the car and potentially doing your insurance in the process. If people think their cars are still ADR compliant once they cut any part of the bar, they're in denial.

Same with the HDI cooler (priced the same as the PWR), looks the goods and is cheap for what it is. RDP also have a 400+ F6 running it that runs 10's.

Not really sure, I'd find out first before I got one. Also if I can't keep the factory XR8 snorkel then I won't bother.
