With the previous ones, you had to make sure that you put the correct rotor on each side. This wasn't hard to figure out if you got the rotors new as it was marked on the box and there would be a small sticker on each disc. But it's a bit trickier if the discs aren't new when you put them on (ie bought them secondhand or had both discs off the car at the same time for machining, etc).
