External Wastegate Boost Hose

hey guys, have just replaced the stock turbo (welded waste gate and external gate fitted on the manifold) on my ba ute with a new turbo with .7 compressor (will be making a new 4 inch intake). the new turbo does not have the little brass fitting which had a hose connected to the top of the waste gate and im wondering where else I can run it to. excuse my ignorance with any of these terms.

Anywhere after the turbo the doesn't see vacum (ie is on the turbo side of the throttle butterfly) theoretically will work but you want it as close too the turbo as positive is best. if there no nipple on the housing best too get one installed there or in the first bit of ally piping in you boost pipework
