its more refined with NHV over the ba, it had the dual-independent variable cam timing upgrade for better fuel econimy, you can get the zf gearbox but your obviously a manual man, some interia/exteria changes, 19" rims/4 pot brembo brakes came standard in the bf. that's about it they say there is no difference in power for the f6 yet all the 6cl engines including xr6t got a power and torque upgrade so who really know's. as for 1/4 mile in a manual its very hard to get a good time but from what I read the best in an auto was 13.2

I'm thinking of buying

1. fg xrt

2. bf xrt- with money to spend on mods

3. ba phoon

4. bf phoon

which one would be a good choice

with 26 grand to spend, a nice fun and quick manual car?

Id go for that! f*ck that's cheap! Especially if you can knock a bit more off it!

And 25,000kms? It's only just been run in...

Auto = awesome. Can drive in manual mode if you feel the need... And slack off in auto when you CBF!

Get auto!!!
