shame Member 104 Member For: 15y 8m 30d Posted 06/05/11 03:20 AM Share Posted 06/05/11 03:20 AM Chris, must say that was a good post and always willing to support small business as I am an owner of one also. As I said in my post and discussions we've had via sms and telephone, you're products are respected and build quality if fantastic.I would rather hear from a supplier that an item will take 3-4 weeks to be received than 1-2 weeks and me having to chase them up. I know that when my business is under the pump work wise there can be delays however I strictly communicate this with our clientele so there is understanding of possible service delivery delays, etc. Good luck with the future growth of your business and the exciting times ahead.FYI tabs, why would I want to get into a discussion with how you guys moderate? I just wore what was said even though it annoyed the sh!t out of me. I think you should have communicated first then decided of whether to delete the thread, considering it was made in Rapid's forum where he could have done this anyway and didn't.As with norrs I am on the forums and poke in and out however dont do much posting unless can help or need help.Cheers guys. turbotrana Member 2,586 Member For: 22y 2m 6d Gender: Male Posted 12/05/11 11:21 AM Share Posted 12/05/11 11:21 AM About 20 years ago I ordered an alluminium flywheel from a company in Qld. THe flywheel was a bit of a lose fit on the back of the crank so I told him its no good to me can you make me one with a few thou interfearance fit and I will send him back the one that I had. He said he would. I rang him month after month and he always said he just hasnt had time to make it but will. It took over a year to get it from him and it was a brilliant piece of machined up flywheel when I got it but it certainly tested my patience.I think trying to get the product out on time and not succeeding is not looked on as bad but its a big deal to say you sent something out when it wasn't. I have no idea what is is worth. It's from a turbo with busted bearings. How much do you guys think it would be worth?
