Was checked by tuner up here and given the all clear. Has run brilliantly since then.Powercruise is coming up and I wanted more power. I've taken it to a Darwin Tuner (the guy who won the offstreet drags last power cruise in his XR6T) they seem to get advice and assistance from Herrod. They had my car for a few days trying to improve the figures but unfortunately we only got 292RWKW. Attached is the Dyno readoutsPower seems to come on a bit quicker now and the Torque is crazyWe've had a chat and he has called some interstate tuners (Herrod I think). He has tried put more boost in but it just spikes and falls back to the same amount. We think it is the exhaust. Now I have removed the centre muffler. The cat I put in was a Magna Flow 200. Now I have a BF so I think the dump pipe should be good for 300KW.I'm thinking of punching the cat to see what happens and how we then go on the Dyno. My concern is that I read somewhere here that I will then have uncontrollable boost after punching a cat unless I change the actuator and do the port flapper mod. I'm not real keen to do that.I'm keen for any feedback particularly from the tuners as to what I should do or what could be stopping me breaking through the 300KW mark. I'm going to throw a PW hotside setup on before the next Dyno attempt but I don't think that will help the HP.We don't have many tuners up here and the ones we do have don't get many XR6T's to play with. I'm very happy with the communication and the effort put in by my current tuner, This is not a bitch about the results. It just a request for some ideas on what is holding me back. Spring can't hold the wastegate closed once boost gets to 11psi... In top end...You'll get 300 once you can hold boost up to 13/14psi...

Perhaps the actuator holding the higher boost helped. I dont have any other turbo mods, just actuator, maybe get one as they are quite cheap too.Hope this helps a bit.
