If cheap oil is used then every 5,000.just a rough guide anyway. Also if you change the oil yourself remember to tighten the exhaust manifold and turbo bolts to 27nm every 10,000ks.cheers. I have been driving high performance cars for many years and my first was a HZ GTS being my first, and I always remember my engine builder 30 years ago say these very important words "oil is cheap engine rebuilds are not". To this day I have been consistant with oil changes and have never had to rebuild an engine since. With my last V8(SV5000) being sold 3 months ago with 560,000kms without even a head coming off it. I sat down and worked out that I had spent, in 20 years about $2000 in oil and filters as I will never do an oil change without the filter also. So this has worked well for me, I am sure if you get good oil up to your car it will pay in the end. Cheers
