Just read the last few posts. I recently had a 4" dump and 5 " cat fitted to my BF using the stock mufflers. Nice and quiet on idle and cruise (only very slighlty louder than stock), but sounds mean when on boost.

Going back to Autotech for a tune tomorrow so will let you know what sort of power this set up supports.

We are are a fortunate group with the Ford Turbo. To get this kind of HP in other cars is expensive creates an uncomfortable ride.

Would be interested in what power you get + idle quality feedback etc. What are the other mods?

Just picked it up. It made 304 kw at the treads with exhaust as mentioned, Rapid intercooler, injectors and Walbro pump.

Very happy with the outcome.

Anyone?

I'm sure it's not the highest, but on Bels BA we saw 303 with standard cooler, standard exhaust and 95 octane, not that I would recommend that tune to anyone, was just experimenting at the time, car had injectors, typhoon intake, valve springs and actuator as the only mods
