Like new fg's)Shorter intake to turbo... And as short as possible piping from turbo to intercooler with least restrictive piping (ie. Mandrel bent)

A good strong tune will help too. Then you'll be searching for traction hi and low.Benny

I'm guessing it comes down to something like a CAI with battery relocation or a better intercooler with piping kit?I can only assume that both would give the best results... but if I had to choose one? Add some injectors and you should get close to 300rwkw. My expoerience is that with 300rwkw my car was very quick 0-100 with great response and still able to maintain decent traction at low speed. Venturing over the 300rwkw figure with an intercooler and dump pipe with cat has made my car quite a bit stronger up top but very difficult to get off the line cleanly.Benny

Which is the most limiting factor in the stock FG? the exhaust, intercooler/piping or the injectors?- injectors > intercooler > exhaust?or- injectors > exhaust > intercooleror anything else I'm missing.. You can make the same power on different boost levels.Definitely need bigger injectors if you want 270+...Someone has made 420 on stock cooler. However, it probably drops to 320rwkw as heatsoak kills it!
