I have the following n the previous owner reckons he had 320rwkw's.MODS;PWR intercooler. reconditioned turbo with upgraded actuator and flap spring in turbo housing. crow valve springs. 60lb injectors. new engine hose pipes and belts. high pressure oil lines for turbo. bosch 440 in tank fuel pump upgrade. 2litre under car surge tank. heavy duty ceramic clutch. E-boost controller hi low boost switch 16 psi or 8 psi. typhoon coil and plugs. tuned for 98 octane. full xforce exhaust from turbo back, high flow cat to twin pipes. blow off valve. short pod filter. will this make 320rwkws with 16 or 8psi? coz its very scary on 16psi. It will make 320rwkw on 1 run @ 1psi and then will start too drop off due to the PWR cooler. 16 is a tad high for 320rwkw (14"ish" would be the norm) If its got an 044 in the tank whats feeding off the surge tank?? Hence the inlet (bottom) and outlet (top) are on the same side. Flutter??? LOL loose the dodgy heat sucking Does pipe inspired Pod on the turbo, (ie fit a decent CAI from one of our sponsors) and put a decent Bov on there and it will quieten down. I was thinking about the heat soaked air intake being a couple of inches from the motor.. might have to get something better.. is a bov a good mod to have or should I leave it on?
