Get a S*%T box 4cyl car, learn to drive for a few years then upgarde to a turbo when...1 - you will be able to handle power2 - ensurance will be cheaperIts really not worth the fines, hassel to convert or worse you life or someone elses for ownership of a XR6T. Just my 2centsbesides - you will be able to save a bucket load of cash and buy a new XR6T in a few years when driving a car that runs on the smell of an oily rag. facer01 Member 6 Member For: 13y 8m 28d Posted 29/03/11 10:15 AM Author Share Posted 29/03/11 10:15 AM atm im driving an EF which im pretty happy with plan was and has always been to get a turbo car.but yeh handling that sort of power is something ive never had to do so I really need to get some more experience in a faster car, although the ef does pull alright.truly the only reason I considered buying the turbo was because it will be much cheaper and easier to take the turbo off instead of getting all the stuff I need to make the xr6 turbo. obviously either way I go its going to be a fair bit of work and a fair bit of money.
