I've got a fairly slow clutch fluid leak at the moment - has taken about 3 months to go from fullish down to near the "low" level line.

Until I can get someone to check it out, am I safe just topping the fluid up? Are there any tricks to finding the leak?

I dont know much about the clutch system and a loss of fluid but dont top up till someone who knows tells you something. Im just thinking of brake system and when your pads are worn you can have the fluid level down because of that and if you top it up then get new pads the excess fluid will come back out the cylinder in the engine bay and get on parts and paint which aint good.
