Hard to hear it while in the car, but you get that these days. I was direclty behind an XR6T, bout 25m away. He gave it a boot full and it let out an almighty cry. Not a pained cry either... An excited cry. :DIt was at that moment, I think, I fell in love.

Guest GadgetMan Guests Posted 04/11/02 01:01 AM Share Posted 04/11/02 01:01 AM It gives out a loud bark. Almost type R like. But way better and when you hit the rev limiter and shift, there is a small 'Boom" sound almost like the sound barrier. HE HE HE you guys will love it!!! Both through the revs, and when you are at/near redline and back off to go to the next gear, where it makes a burble with some pops coming out the exhaust. Its a unique sound. There are not many large capacity turbos out there, so it turns heads. Sounds high tech and also quite mean. Are you in Melb?

Redhawk ....Time to lay this fairytale aside...... Donating Members 2,657 Member For: 21y 9m 18d Gender: Male Location: In the Ferry on the River Styx, not getting out just yet! Posted 23/06/03 02:34 AM Share Posted 23/06/03 02:34 AM The note is definatley improved with a 3" straight through system. Could not believe the agressive throatiness. It's how the Turbo should sound. B)
