It drives fine in every single gear but this noise just gets louder the faster I go and it goes away when I come to a complete stop..Any ideas? The car has only got 24,000kms and is under warranty.. senna_T Forged Member Lifetime Members 15,818 Member For: 17y 11m 16d Gender: Male Location: SW Sydney Posted 25/03/11 11:53 PM Share Posted 25/03/11 11:53 PM If you can get under the car, take a look at the rubber donut that connects the tailshaft to the gearbox - there is 6 or 8 bolts (can't remember) and if the come loose you will hear this rattle, take a look sooner rather than later, because if that whole thing comes loose the tailshaft will try and say hello to you in the cabin!
