but hopping from an FG turbo to the GT 335, I feel gimped in terms of performance, at this moment.

yeah, mate they're slugs - overrated. 'Linear' power delivery is code for no rush - boring. I'm that disappointed for you that as a favour - I'll trade you my 09' T with 9,000k :roflmbo: . Failing that, I'll take the sh*t wheels that nobody likes :spoton:

Haha.. I actually love the wheels - I understand when people say they're too thin in the spokes compared to the body and stripes of the car. But I like them :P

Thanks all for the words .. I'll post some more photos & maybe a video of the exhaust tomorrow when I give it a good clean! Damn bugs stick on a white car like crazy..

Heya Akayne!

Haven't heard from you in a while man - Congrats on the purchase!!

This is the only other car I'd consider over a BFII Phoon/FG T... A GT or a charged GS...

That really is an awesome car man, but you know you do need that black set of 20's :spoton:

Awesome purchase man!

Dan

There is no point buying a GT if you want to butcher it by debadging etc and running cheap advanti rims or something else, just because they're 20". It's a special car that has unique wheels - like them or not. You would significanty devalue it by fitting anything else or doing other mods that were not FPV optioned. If I was looking to buy and someone had fitted non specific GT rims and sold the originals, that car would get scratched off the list. Most purists would do exactly the same. I get the yonger blokes point as they too should understand the heritage and significance of the GT badge. This is not a car you customise unless you want to rip up sh*t loads. Leave it exactly the way it is mate - looks fantastic.

+1 keep the GT original.

Buy the GS if you wanna change everything.

As for under bonnet mods, do only what can still be returned to stock, if you fit a cooler I would be getting one that doesnt require "ANY" trimming...

I was never a fan of white, but with the black contrast its given me wood.

White car, dark tint, black rims, black decals, racoon eyes, no squashed bugs,,, looks horn mate.

I bet those rims look a lot sexier in person, when your standing next to a f*cking GT!!!

*Edit...

The thing needs to roar though... Put the stock zorst on the shelf and give her something to release her vocal cords.

They look like cheap advanti rims that's the problem, and you don't have to sell your originals either. Everyone reckons these engines have so much potential why wouldn't you modify it? It's not like they're going to hold there value or become collectors items, have fun with it now why it's in its prime condition.

You seen the price of an ex dub or ex why gee tee mock up these days dillio?

If FPV have done it right it will hold/increase in value and become a collectors item. But that's only if they dont pump a new model GT out every time they make a new Falcon.
