What's wrong with the brakes? Only upgrade for trackwork... Which I doubt you'll do in an auto...

Mods first. Tune, injectors, plugs, cat and replacement piping will see over 300rwkw... Which will be an 11 second car : if you get one of rapids cooler kits, it's perfect! Has all piping and cooler that can flow 550rwkw... Usually $1800, on sale for $1000... Only 2 left...

What I think needs doing is whatever can be done to improve traction, so LSD shocks bushes tyres...

Depends if you want to go around corners fast, if so I'd have started with a different model..

I got 300ish rwkw stops and turns just fine, upgraded tyres help quite a bit there, mildly lowered, it goes around a corner ok!

Brakes are sh*t, but it stops 1-2 times from high speed plenty good, but if you were racing it or driving like a knob on the street then you need to look at something there

The real upgrade it needs is a proper sound system

How fast do you want it to go?

I'd just do cooler pipes injectors and highflow cat for decent power stock turbo, there's cars making more power than I do that use stock intake and cooler, I have PWR cooler had bpr air box etc... But if you go high flow turbo then you need to look at a cooler and maybe intake...... I just did intake for noise

I went for a ride in the herrod car, goes about the same as mine and that had a standard air box, but standard intake doesn't sound like a jet at take off like a turbo side intake can

Home made airbox and replacement piping, sounds great, everything stock besides that. I would like a little more exhaust noise but not too much....one day

First thing you want to do it colour code that horrid front end.. Then lower it, and tune. Brakes aren't that bad from stock.

Until you pull a trailer. You really feel it then. I'd hate to pull up with a boat on. Pulling a trailer is awesome, you cant even feel it. But stopping takes a fair bit of foot pressure. Lucky I dont do it often. Trailer brakes would be the go on anything heavy I suppose.......so pulling a boat would be fine. :fool:
