DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS

SYDNEY XR6 TURBO NIGHT CRUISE/PHOTOSHOOT FRIDAY 29TH APRIL

Ok boys and girls, here are the final details including route, timings ect.

For those of you meeting at WARWICK FARM HUNGRY JACKS, Meet time will be 6.30PM, for a 7.00PM sharp departure. Hungry jacks is located right next to peter warrens automotive group on the Hume highway.

We will then turn RIGHT at the lights onto HUME HIGHWAY. Then at the next set of lights turn LEFT onto GOVERNER MAQUARIE DRIVE. We will follow this and turn LEFT onto NEWBRIDGE ROAD. Then next turn is RIGHT onto HENRY LAWSON DRIVE and then LEFT onto M5 MOTORWAY.

We will follow M5 thru tunnel then once out of the tunnel we need to be in the LEFT LANE to arrive at the BP/MCDONALDS pit-stop OPPOSITE FORESHORE ROAD.

We are hoping to arrive at BP at around 730PM and will be departing here at 8.00PM SHARP.

We will exit out of the BP onto SOUTHERN CROSS DRIVE, and will follow this until the start of the EASTERN DISTRIBUTER, where we all need to be in the 2 RIGHT HAND LANES to enter the EASTERN DISTRIBUTER. It is very important at this point that we remain as one group and the cruise leader will slow the pack thru this next section to ensure no-one gets lost.

Once on the EASTERN DISTRIBUTER we will enter the HARBOUR TUNNEL.

Once exited the HARBOUR TUNNEL we will be turning RIGHT onto MILITARY ROAD.

We will follow this road until it turns into MANLY ROAD just past SPIT BRIDGE where we will be turning LEFT onto SYDNEY ROAD, Then RIGHT at the round-a-bout onto FRENCHS FORREST ROAD, which turns into WAKEHURST PARKWAY.

We will follow WAKEHURST PARKWAY and then turn LEFT onto PITTWATER ROAD.

We will follow PITTWATER ROAD which turns into BARRENJOEY ROAD and will take us to our destination at PALM BEACH.

We are hoping to arrive at palm beach by about 930PM.

We would ask that all participants print off a copy of these directions and bring with you on the night.

Due to the size of this cruise and the number of people attending, we have decided to split the main pack into 2 groups, (still traveling as one pack as much as we can) but having a rear person for group 1 and a leader for group 2, in the middle of the main pack, and then a rear person at the very back of the whole group, just incase 2nd half of pack gets separated from front half due to traffic lights ect, makes it easier to co-ordinate. So you will be split in half before leaving BP on the night.

UHF Radios are essential for communication on a cruise of this size, please ensure you have one or borrow one. If anyone has spare’s they are willing to lend out please make yourself known. If at last resort you cannot obtain one then still come, just means you will have to pay closer attention to what is happening. UHF PRIMARY CHANNEL WILL BE CHANNEL 14, with CHANNEL 3 as BACKUP.If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to contact myself or

I'll come along to this cruise to help keep people heading in the right direction.

You all need to understand how easy it will be to get separated with this many cars and this large distance. Please try and pick your moments if any, because if you get picked up by the cops, no one should be stopping and giving you a hand.

Should be good to see so many cars though!
