Everyone has got their favourites and good and bad stories on tuners and different shops. Best thing to do is to have a clear goal and budget on what you want to achieve and speak to each tuner explaining this. See which one you feel most comfortable with and make your decision from there. A mates stock FG auto was tuned by Bob Romano and made 278rwkw. Has done so since 1,700k and has done over 30,000k now with no probs .
