Paid for them by C/Card about 10am yesterday and they were at my door in Perth when I got home today. that's the quickest express post I have ever received. My experience with the staff couldn't have been more pleasurable. A tip - If the seller has a phone number on Ebay , call him direct. Feed back is very important to sellers and negative feedback should only be given as a last resort if a mutual agreement cant be received. Never got it and no recourse. Now someone else is selling all the same stuff but clearly states " no affiliation with previous seller"

Just a little bit. What we actually have here is a case of a business over promising and under delivering on their behalf, and a customer who is demanding that this promise be met however unrealistic. After all, if they had said allow 10 working days for delivery you still would have ordered it and if it took 12 would you be whining like you are?Personally I just don't think that 48 hours is realistic delivery time unless you are using a courier and have ordered it on a Monday morning. When you consider that you purchased on a Saturday, they wouldn't have even got the order for 48 hours assuming that they work regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5) and even if they did get it on Sat or Sun, how are they going to get it to go anywhere when the Aus Post doesn't run over the weekends? Personally I allow two weeks for anything via ebay because from my experience Aus Post sucks balls and I live in a back water! As for the comment, it's left here, sorry, but once it leaves them what else can they do? Sure they could have apologized and been a bit nicer on the phone. They could have rang you back with a courtesy call too, but that wouldn't have made your parcel appear any quicker. Did you specify you wanted your parcel registered/or sent via courier so that it could be tracked and that you would be happy to pay extra for that service? Did you tell them that you must have it within 48 hours? Edited 25/03/11 10:17 AM by craiginmackay

Kindly enough the buyer paid for the first 2 as well.basically, all postal companies are next to uselessRIPGMH, has the lines arrived yet? has there been any more communication from the seller? has your payment been refunded?
