Guys thanks for the support and mixed feed back. public holiday aside , I cant promote a business in a positive manner. Regardless of their previous history , when they dont have in place some basic custumer relation principles.When I rang them on friday,they could have at least given me a phone call,or an Australia post parcel identification code

Other customers had 99% positive feed back ,I can only coment on my own personal experience

That is the problem with the internet, anyone can badmouth a business on the spot with no accountability.. of course I am not saying that this is the case here... but sooner or later people or businesses will work on the competition by providing false information to the hordes via the internet..

Good busineses are big enough to admit fault ,and accordingly rectify the problem

Latest update: I rang GJ Drivelines this morning at 8am

me : Hi I would like to establish what has happened to my braided turbo line,which I paid for 10 days ago ?

GJ Drivelines : didnt I speak to you last tuesday,I have already sent you item

me : I have made numerous attemts to contact you ,because I havent received this item,why havent you called me back ?

GJ Drivelines :Once parcell leaves our shop,we have no control

me: Doesnt my case demostrate you need to be able to track all parcells ?

GJ Drivelines : We send out say 15 parcells a day and this has never happened

me:Doesnt my case show it may be time to learn from this,and have a parcell tracking in place

GJ Drivelines :Yeah What ever ,do you have a contact number ? ill see what I can do

me: Thanks

Stay tuned punters this can only get better,why apologize when you have already received payment hey ?

I purchased my braided line off them. I had similar trouble in that mine was express posted but I didn't receive for about 5 days I think. I tried to track where it went but he had given me the wrong tracking number, it was missing a few digits. You have to understand that it is more so Australia Post's fault and not theirs. And about customer service it is a bit rough but I think they are honest guys just in need of some improvement in that area, nothing new.

This Saga may have found an abrupt end ,the seller abused me for giving him negative feed back on e-bay( Symply telling the truth )

I returned serve for not having decency ,to at least accept he should track his deliveries and look after customers.

He Said he would refund money through paypall and hung up on me

People can make up their own minds,as to wether you choose to do business with them

I received mine on Monday, paid for it on the 4th march. 10 Days didnt worry me to much, will have to wait for next oil change to fit it anyway. I'm in QLD.

Why would he refund your money? I wouldn't refund your money either. Especially if you were being rude to me. If he does that he will loose money when its not his fault. Was it sent Express Post or regular post? If it was sent regular post then it is YOUR stupid fault for not paying a little more for Express or Registered Post. Still don't understand why you are blaming them.
