What sh1ts me is I bet that is the same fuel in the bowsers. cant tell me the whole of perth gets filled up in a few hours oer night, love to see the books and the profits on the fuel.Oh and they say that the fuel was made 6 months ago so the savings when the price per barrel drops doesn't get passed on, BUUUUUUT when it increases it goes up overnight. In fact it's 162.9 now, so it hasn't gone up like a lot of people's has. I do think to myself is it really worth it though, come the weekend when I want to top up and stay over half a tank...I'd save only a couple dollars. I guess that's a hundred or more a year but I tell ya it is a pain in the arse filling by hand. The 98RON price trend recently for WA :( Edited 10/03/11 04:01 PM by -SteveR- Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/73713-98-ron-price/page/3/#findComment-1088011 Share on other sites

I paid $1.55 for 98 in the middle of nowhere about 2 weeks ago.Hopefully they're a little lower today as I'm in need of some more Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/73713-98-ron-price/page/3/#findComment-1088086 Share on other sites
Guest newl Guests Posted 11/03/11 04:13 AM Share Posted 11/03/11 04:13 AM (edited) Filled up yesterday at $1.63/L. I could complain about it but instead I accept it as part of the price I pay for what I deserve. Wed's are 2 cents cheaper. The trick is not all BPs go cheaper again on Wed. I know the privately owned ones seem to be inverted to the rest of them - cheaper on Fridays, higher on Tue/Wed.I use fuelwatch email alert customised to postcodes. Not sure if it's only for WA, but it's saved me a packet recently. Definitely worth the look Cheers guys,Dan Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/73713-98-ron-price/page/3/#findComment-1088815 Share on other sites
