cmon don't be soft dillz, you already drive a soft g6e. show all the boys on the forum you have balls and get a bike. best thing you can do, you will not be sorry. the acceleration is something most blokes in cars can never experience, 0 to 100 in 2secs. awsome. like the nike slogan says JUST DO IT. :spoton:

whatgets me is I saw fuel prices 2 weeks ago on a wed (appx 11pm on way home from work) were $1.26 for 91 then thur morning they are $1.41.

What sh1ts me is I bet that is the same fuel in the bowsers. cant tell me the whole of perth gets filled up in a few hours oer night, love to see the books and the profits on the fuel.

Oh and they say that the fuel was made 6 months ago so the savings when the price per barrel drops doesn't get passed on, BUUUUUUT when it increases it goes up overnight. :bangcomputer:

Over the last six weeks, 98 has varied between 149.9 and 160.9, so its been pretty much the same. In fact it's 162.9 now, so it hasn't gone up like a lot of people's has.

I have taken to filling a 20L jerry can on the cheap day of the price cycle (wednesdays at certain BPs on my commute). I do think to myself is it really worth it though, come the weekend when I want to top up and stay over half a tank...I'd save only a couple dollars. I guess that's a hundred or more a year but I tell ya it is a pain in the arse filling by hand.

The 98RON price trend recently for WA :(

These prices are pretty harsh...

$1.48 for 91 is as high as I think I've ever seen it... I paid $1.55 for 98 in the middle of nowhere about 2 weeks ago.

Hopefully they're a little lower today as I'm in need of some more :crybaby:

Always cheapest on Tuesdays and Wednesdays here in WA for BP guys. Wed's are 2 cents cheaper. The trick is not all BPs go cheaper again on Wed. I know the privately owned ones seem to be inverted to the rest of them - cheaper on Fridays, higher on Tue/Wed.

I use fuelwatch email alert customised to postcodes.

Good advice Steve,

You probably all know already, but www.fuelwatch.com.au is a really good resource at the moment. Not sure if it's only for WA, but it's saved me a packet recently. Definitely worth the look :spoton:

Cheers guys,

Dan
