IMO if a bigger turbo yes, but I doubt with just a bigger compressor cover.

Years ago some people on this forum (started with APS) would quote maximum boost as the boost applicable at the point at which maximum power was made, rather than the maximum boost used in the run. (this is buried in our archives somewhere). Some tuners apply maximum boost in the midrange, then taper it off before the point of maximum power.

They used the former definition, imo, to understate boost used.

So as there are 2 ways of interpreting maximum boost, I always like to see a graph. To me maximum boost is maximum boost.

When quoting KW, the boost at that RPM should be quoted. Not the maximum boost over the entire rev range.

Keep in mind he has an aftermarket plenum which flows a lot better than the stock, allowing more power @ less boost...
