Mine does.Either way it doesn't matter if you move the butterfly by hand, just make sure the keys off, otherwise you will be forcing the butterfly to move against the motor. There has been a ton of threads recently regarding this, so nice work! With the TPS/Cam phasing reset - I have read replies supporting both sides so I'm not really sure what it means.I heard the car should not start with foot to the floor while cranking - My car still starts! What does that mean? Is there something wrong?Cheers guys, hopefully this gets cleared up DanTry turning key to on position then foot flat then crank it over If I remember right otherwise mine would start too. Also how does this little bit of oil affect anything ????????? Most cars I have owned have had oily TB and never had problems

They come clean so I suppose they should stay clean (bought myself some Nulon Throttle body cleaner today from SC, will give it a shot this week when I can)
