tattooxr6 Member 20 Member For: 13y 11m 6d Posted 08/03/11 01:58 AM Share Posted 08/03/11 01:58 AM I bought one of the BA HDI intercoolers, im not the best at fitting things and I thought it was just a basic bolt on, but the manual requires me to cut away at support bar and a few other bits n peices..has anyone had a go at fitting one of these coolers?? and if so, was it a total headache! im deciding whether or not I should just pay to get it fitted at a workshop or do it myself.... I had a mate fit my last cooler that needed a fair bit of trimming and he didn't like doing it. But it had to be done. Other than that, there write ups all over the forum on the other bits needed. The perfect height also requires you bend the aircon pipe about 2-3 cm up.
